Competitive Compensation Program: As a leader in our industry, BeaconPointe has a compensation program that both rewards and motivates employees. This program is comprised of a base compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable. Semi-annual performance reviews are conducted and may result in merit and promotional increases to the base compensation. The company also has an incentive compensation program based on the achievement of predefined goals.
